- DACORUM CARER CARD holders qualify from this season as concessions
- YOUTH PASSES must be shown including £2 Managers & Coaches & £1 Players.

Write - Season Ticket, 95 The Myrke, Datchet, Slough, Berks, SL3 9AD, with a cheque payable to Hemel Hempstead Town Football Club, Your ticket will be posted directly to you.
Note: We will also send be sending out forms to anyone who has had a season ticket in the last 2 years.
